Becoming an agile organization is a profound transformation that requires senior leaders, middle managers, and agile team members to change the way that they organize their work, manage it and measure results.

Leaders and managers are critical enablers in helping their organizations be successful. Yet, the role of leaders and managers in an agile organization can be quite different from what they are used to.

Managers and leaders lead the cultural and behavioural changes that organizations must make to reap the benefits of an agile product delivery.

PAL-E teaches how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their agile capabilities.

Individual development sessions

Most often the sessions take the form of coaching or mentoring. During the first meeting, together with the participant, we determine a long-term objective. Reaching this objective is done using the small steps method (mini iterations). Each individual session ends with an action plan for next week.

Consulting

In many companies I can see a certain pattern. Problems come up and after a few unsuccessful attempts to deal with them, people in the organisation stop noticing them. In such a situation, someone who has a clear view and experience in introducing changes in an organisation is needed. This is exactly who an outside consultant is.

I help companies developing software determine what problems they are facing and, most importantly, I help to find the cure.

The cure I am offering aims at healing the root cause and not just symptoms.

Scheme of consulting work:

Step 1

Audit of software development process

Step 2

Root Cause Analysis

Step 3

Development of a recovery plan

Step 4

Help with implementation of improvement actions
